You’ve seen CAPTCHAs all over the internet for over a decade now. Those squiggly lines, words, or numbers that block your way when you try to log in, sign up, or post a comment anywhere.
CAPTCHAs (or Completely Automated Public Turing tests to tell Computers and Humans Apart) are designed to be a gate that lets humans through and robots (programs) out. The squiggly lines and wiggly words are less common nowadays and they have been replaced by version 2 of Google’s reCAPTCHA. This is the CAPTCHA that gives you the green checkmark as long as your humanity quotient is deemed high enough.

Brave also lets you reward favorite publishers with blockchain-based tokens. Faster, Safer, Ad-Free Browsing.
The numbers we write are made up of algorithms, (1, 2, 3, 4, etc) called arabic algorithms, to distinguish them from roman algorithms (I, II, III, IV, etc)
The Arabs popularise these algorithms, but their origin goes back to the phenecian merchant that used them to count and do their commercial contability.
Have you ever asked why 1 is “one” and 2 is “two”? What is the logic that exist in the arabic algorithms?

I only recommend hiking gear that I’ve used over hundreds of miles. I don’t post any paid reviews and don’t waste your time with gear that I try but isn’t up to snuff.
No Slang.com is a translator similar to those offered by Google or AltaVista with one major difference: We don't translate language, we translate slang and acronyms.
You know, those weird acronyms your kids use; things like lol, idk, rotflmfao, bbiab, and those stupid alternate spellings like kewl, dood, ur, and thanx. We hate those, and have made it our life's goal to educate people about proper grammar.
